Ingredients

3 yellow skinned potatoes 4 Idaho potato 1 sweet potato 1 carrot 1 Spanish onion 4 cloves garlic  2 celery stalks 1 parsnip 1 beef tomato  1 package flanken 1 package cholent meat 2 marrow bones 1 cup dry red wine 2 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon paprika 

1 cup Alfasi Cabernet Sauvignon or other dry red wine

2 cups water

1 package flanken

1 package cholent meat

2 marrow bones
